Evdoridou, Elissavet: born in Athens, Greece. Works for the University of Thessaly as an Instructor of Italian. Published relevant educational material. BA degree in Italian Language and Literature from the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki (Greece, 1987). Master’s degree in Italian Studies from Paris IV-Sorbonne University (France, 2001). Ph.D degree in Semiotic Analysis from Aristotle University of Thessaloniki (Greece, 2005). Member of the Hellenic Semiotic Society. Participated in various national and international Congresses. Research interests are in the broad area of Textual Analysis. Contributions include studies on verbal texts and especially on the Italians Umberto Eco, Oriana Fallaci, Alessandro Manzoni, Giuseppe Ungaretti, Luigi Pirandello. Focused interest on European programme planning and on woman’s issues.
