Isci, Sedat: senior lecturer in English at Ege University, turkey. Specializes on British and American culture and cultural studies theories. 1999 - 2000: Conducted research on cultural aspects of Turkish American relations and foundations of American foreign policy and lectured on Turkish culture in the U.S. Initiator and research director of the project entitled "Early Turkish Immigrants in America: 1860-1924".
