Kara-Kazaryan, Tatiana

Kara-Kazaryan, Tatiana, born in 1972 in Pyatigorsk (Russia). Graduated from Pyatigorsk State Linguistic University (PSLU) in 1994 and received a PhD in 2001. Currently heads the Chair of European Languages at the School of International Relations of PSLU. Lectures in Theory of Translation, Simultaneous Interpretation, conducts classes of English as a Second Language in the Professional Sphere of Communication (International Relations).

In the area of research Dr. Kara-Kazaryan focuses on cross-cultural communication, theory and practice of translation.
Dr. Kara-Kazaryan has published several articles in scholarly journals on cross-cultural communication.
