Morales, Manuel, Institute of Educational Technology, Universidad de La Frontera, Chile; teacher and researcher on universal access and ICT for development. His background is history teacher and he made projects about technology for overcoming poverty. Over the last three years he has coordinated the Community Information Network, one of the most important initiatives of digital inclusion in Chile. Currently he is head of the Chilean Association of Community Telecenters.
