Intellectual Control and Managament Technologies as Inner Determinant of Innovations in the Post-Industrial Civilization Era

Vladimir Andreev (Orel, Russia)

ABSTRACT:

Evolution of inner and outer factors of the labor means development, which generated two formations with different degree of the functions distribution between the man and the technology in the industrial civilization conditions, is outlined. Formations in question include stages of working activity mechanization and automation. The formation of the new limit paradigm – the intellectualization of the control processes and cognition – is the most important factor of post-industrial civilization development. The objective of the paradigm consists in the release of human creature for creative activities, the transformation of information and scientific knowledge into the prevailing productive force and the source of innovations and innovation reproduction. In this regard it should be noted that traditional industrial technologies of automated production management began to give way to new intellectual technologies that are focused on effective solving complex control problems of “organized complexity” large system.

Reasoning from post-non-classic thinking and synthetic approach it is shown that basic metaphysical principles of Universe are laid into the foundation of new intellectual technologies. The world of scientific ideas and information, technical sphere and spiritual world of human creature are considered as metaphysical triad which is an inner determinant of new intellectual technologies, future human-sized ergatic systems, and post-industrial civilization in general.

Such control and management intellectual technologies together with generic man mentality show themselves as inner determinants of innovations and innovative reproductions. In this respect, co-evolution of spiritual, ideal and material metaphysical beginnings in human genus, nature and society is analyzed as outer determinant of innovative processes, new intellectual technologies, human-sized ergatic systems, and post-industrial civilization.
