ABSTRACT:

This paper is dedicated to one of the main problems in Kyrgyz Republic – domestic (inner) labor Migration. First part of presentation is about meaning, explanation and classification of the problem, and this part provided the analysis which helps to understand importance of the migration in social life of Central Asian states.

In the second part examined current situation of labor migration in all regions of the country, which include the analysis of national labor market and its regional aspects.

Third part is about governmental and civil society respond to this challenge, ongoing programs, their goals and tasks, and perspectives of migration management.

Some information provided about cooperation of state and private institutions to grow up the potentials of employment.
