Registration for the Conference

Payment of Conference Fee

Fee for the full conference (including buffet and presentations): 110 Euros
Single-day admission (covering both day and evening events): 40 Euros
The Jura Soyfer Presentation (7 December 2002 at 7:00 P. M.): 12 Euros
Reduced rates for groups and school classes on request

Deadline for payment: 29 November 2002
After the deadline an additional charge of 5 Euros will be added to the single-day admissions and 10 Euros to the full conference admissions. The only exceptions are those colleagues who, because of the costs of money transfers from Africa, Asia, etc., may pay their fees at the meeting. Any other exception must be approved in writing by the Conference Coordinator.

Hotel Reservations [CLICK]

The deadline for the reduced group rate is 25 October 2002. After that date only individual reservations at normal prices can be arranged. After the deadline it will no longer be possible to guarantee a hotel room.

Registration for the Heurigen

The Mayor of Vienna, Dr. Michael Häupl, is sponsoring a reception for the Conference participants at 7:30 P.M. on 6 December 2002 at the Heuriger "Fuhrgassl-Huber" in Neustift am Walde. The group will depart from the Austria Center at 7:00 P. M. Admission is only for conference participants, who can show that they have paid the registration fee for the conference and who have signed up for the Heuriger evening no later than 29 November 2002.

Registration for the Soyfer Presentations

At 7:00 P.M. on 7 December 2002 there will be a presentation of the virtual exhibit "Jura Soyfer" und of the CD produced by ORF "So starb eine Partei. Helmut Qualtinger liest Jura Soyfer." Presenters are: Director Dr. Herbert Arlt (Jura Soyfer Gesellschaft), Professor Ulrich N. Schulenburg (Thomas Sessler-Verlag) und Dr. Konrad Zobel (ORF). Admission to the presentations and also the buffet are included in the single-day registration for the conference. General admission for this event (presentations plus buffet) costs 12 Euros. Reduced prices are available for school classes and groups. Register by 29 November 2002 with the Conference Coordinator.
