Introduction

The number 19 is dedicated to a virtual conference. This conference was very important for the development of the INST public, but had also influence in different societies. By now the statistic shows more than 4 million search for the network of homepages, but still the personal meetings are important. Within the Polylogue projects fora with more than 25.000 participants shall be possible. Also a virtual museum shall be developed. Not as a virtual possibility to see a real museum, but as a museum, which objects shall be virtual.
