Atilla, Aylin

Atilla, Aylin is currently an instructor at Ege University, Department of English Language and Literature. She completed her M.A in English with the thesis titled “The Ethics of Unseemly Identity: Angela Carter’s Carnivalesque Allegories of Uncanny Community.” She received her Ph.D in 2006 with her dissertation entitled “Rethinking History in Postmodern British Novel” from Graduate School of Social Sciences at Ege University. Her main areas of teaching and research include historiography, women’s literature, twentieth century and contemporary fiction.
