Gunther Neumann

Gunther Neumann, Vizepräsident des Wiener Instituts “Institute for Integrative Conflict Transformation and Peacebuilding”. Er hat Geschichte, Anthropologie, Völkerrecht und internationale Beziehungen an der Universität Wien, der Diplomatischen Akedemie sowie der Ecole Nationale d’Administration (ENA) in Paris studiert. Er hat lange Jahre in diversen leitenden Funktionen für Nicht-Regierungsorganisationen (NGOs), die EU und die Vereinten Nationen sowie als Publizist in Europa, Afrika und Zentral-, Süd- und Südost-Asien gearbeitet. Zuletzt stellvertretender Direktor der OSZE in Wien. Zahlreiche Publikationen und Lektorate, u.a. zu den Themenbereichen Globalisierung, Demokratisierung und friedliche Konfliktlösung / Mediation.

Gunther Neumann, Vice President of the IICP (Institute for Integrative Conflict Transformation and Peacebuilding, Vienna). He has studied History, Cultural Antropology and International Law at the University of Vienna, the Vienna Diplomatic Academy and the Ecole Nationale d’Administration (ENA) in Paris. He has worked as Deputy Director for the OSCE in Vienna, and has held senior positions with various NGOs, the EU and the UN in Europe, Africa, Central, South and South East Asia. Numerous publications in the field of globalization, democratization and confilct resolution / mediation.
