Salah Eddine SALHI is an Assistant professor and researcher at the Department of Foreign Languages and Cultures at Abou Bekr Belkaid University in Tlemcen since November 2013. He was a Visiting Researcher at the University Castillala Mancha in Toledo Spain from October 2016 until April 2018, in the GRESAM laboratory. Researcher associated with the National Centre for Prehistoric, Anthropological and Historical Research (CNRPAH) in Algiers. Graduated from the Institute of Foreign Languages of the Oran University and holds a Master’s Degree in Political Discourse Analysis from the same University and a Master’s Degree in Cooperation for Development, Public Management and NGDOs from the Euro-Arab Foundation for Higher Studies of the University of Granada Spain. He is currently finishing his Ph.D. on public and cultural diplomacy in the Mediterranean and a Master’s Degree in Translation and Interpretation from the Toledo School of Translators in Spain. His lines of research focuses on economic and technical Spanish language, international cultural relations in the Mediterranean, public and cultural diplomacy, External Cultural Action, Civil Society and Citizenship, Civic Education, Migration, Hispano-Algerian and Hispano-Maghreb relations among others. He participated in several international seminars and workshops in Spain and Algeria. He published some articles on the subject of Algerian-Hispanic relations in Spanish, Algerian and French scientific journals.
