Spector, Regine

Spector, Regine: Ph.D. Candidate in the Department of Political Science at the University of California, Berkeley. Her main subfields are comparative politics, political economy, and international relations. She is currently working on her dissertation on the formation of markets and trade in the post-Soviet region. Other ongoing projects include a co-authored comparative historical paper on international labor migration and remittances. She formerly worked in Washington, D.C. as a research assistant in the Foreign Policy Studies Program of the Brookings Institution, and received her BA and MA in International Relations and International Policy Studies from Stanford University.
