Dr. Boukenadel Abdellatif was born in 1981 at Tlemcen- Algeria. He is a lecturer at the Faculty of Humanities and Islamic Civilisation. The author is specialised in Islamic Jurisrudence and participated to many scientific meetings and International conferences. The scope of his research areas varies from the Higher objectives of Islamic Law to the Methodology of Islamic Jurisprudence and Islamic Personal Status.
